Probation Policy

The minimum GPA required for all students to remain off probation during their entire college tenure is:

• Freshmen: 1.65
• Sophomore: 1.95
• Junior: 2.00
• Senior: 2.00

Graduation Policy:

• The minimun GPA that a student needs to maintain in order to graduate is 2.00.

Academic Calendar System:

• Semester System (two terms comprise academic year)

Summer Sessions:

• Seven summer sessions, three of three weeks each, three of six weeks each, and one of nine weeks.

New student orientation:

• Orientation for new students is held during the summer.

• 12% continue within one year.
