Probation Policy

The minimum GPA required for all students to remain off probation during their entire college tenure is:

• Freshmen: 1.40
• Sophomore: 1.75
• Junior: 2.00
• Senior: 2.00

Academic Calendar System:

• Semester System (two terms comprise academic year)

Summer Sessions:

• Three summer sessions of four to six weeks each.

New student orientation:

• Orientation for new students is held in May.

• 5% continue immediately.
• 5% continue within one year.
• 20% continue within 5 years.
