- This College charges a non-refundable Application Fee of $25, International Students Application Fees $25

Upper-division university; no students enter as freshmen. All students
enter as transfers. A minimum of 55 semester hours of college work with a
minimum 2.0 GPA or an associate degree recommended. Maximum number of
transferable semester hours is 90. Lowest course grade accepted is "C."
