  • We have 20 fraternities on campus.
  • 10% of the men join a fraternity.
  • 12 of the fraternities have a chapter house.

• Sororities
  • We have 13 sororities on campus.
  • 15% of the women join a sorority.
  • 7 of the sororities have a chapter house.

Campus-based Organizations

• Religious Organizations:
  Students for Christ, Buddhist Meditation/Study Group, Campus Crusade for Christ, Navigators, Hillel, King Youth, New Generation, Newman Club, Baptist Student Union, Campus Christian Fellowship, Latter-Day Saints, Lutheran, and Muslim groups, other religious groups
• Minority Student Organizations:
  Native American group, Blacks for Leadership/Equality, Cultural Arts Committee, other minority student groups
• Foreign Student Organizations:
  International Student Association, Chinese, French, German, and Spanish clubs
• Other Student Organizations:
  choirs, bands, music groups, East Carolina Playhouse, films, lectures, College Democrats, College Republicans, People United to Support the Handicapped, peer health educators, recreational clubs, athletic, departmental, military, and service groups
• There are a total of 358 registered organizations.
