- 230-acre campus in Turlock (population: 48,000), 10 miles from Modesto
- and 100 miles from San Francisco; branch campus in Stockton. Served by
- bus; major airport serves San Francisco; smaller airport serves Modesto;
- train serves Denair (two miles).

- Coed Dorms are used by 62% of the on-campus students.

Campus housing is not available for all unmarried students regardless of year. Reason:
