    • R.N. required of nursing program applicants.
    • Psychological evaluation and interview required of counseling psychology program applicants.

  • Upper-division university; no students enter as freshmen. All students enter as transfers. University was established primarily to serve employed, midcareer adults; applicants are normally expected to have five or more years of successful work experience, motivation, and an educational objective. Minimum 15 quarter units of English, 10 quarter units of math, 10 quarter units of science, 15 quarter units of social studies, 10 quarter units of history, 30 quarter units of electives, and minimum 2.0 GPA required.

High School

  • Graduation from secondary school is required. General Educational Development (GED) Diploma is accepted in lieu of graduation.
