  • 35% of the women join a sorority.
  • 6 of the sororities have a chapter house.

Campus-based Organizations

• Religious Organizations:
  Baptist Student Union, Bureau for Jewish Living (Hillel), Christian Science Organization, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Intervarsity Christian Fellowship, Navigators, Newman Community, REACHOUT, United Ministries, Wesley Foundation, Catholic, Episcopalian, and Lutheran groups
• Minority Student Organizations:
  Association of Black Journalists, Black Law Student Association, Coalition of Black Students, La Fuerza Latina, Los Estudiantes, Black Greek Council, Society for Minorities in the Arts
• Foreign Student Organizations:
  International Student Organization, Malaysian student group
• Other Student Organizations:
  choir, opera workshop, concert band, orchestra, theatre, volunteer opportunities, academic, athletic, professional, and special-interest groups
