- 260-acre campus in Frostburg (population: 7,300), 11 miles from Cumberland;
- branch campuses in Hagerstown and Frederick. Served by bus; major airports
- serve Pittsburgh, Pa. (100 miles) and Baltimore (150 miles); smaller
- airport and train serve Cumberland. Public transportation serves campus.

Types of Housing
- Coed Dorms are used by 48% of the on-campus students.
- Women's Dorms are used by 27% of the on-campus students.
- Men's Dorms are used by 25% of the on-campus students.
- 40% of all students live in school housing of some type.
- 60% of all students live off campus or commute.
