Upper-division institution; no students enter as freshmen. All students
enter as transfers. Minimum 3.0 college GPA required of applicants to
junior standing; only appropriate courses with minimum grade of "C-"
are transferable. Maximum number of transferable credits is 60
lower-division semester units. At least 30 semester hours must be completed
at the institute to receive bachelor's degree. Strong second language
skills required.
