Two semesters each of general chemistry and biological sciences, one
semester each of organic chemistry and microbiology with lab, and one
semester of college algebra or higher math required of medical technology
program applicants. Interview required of nursing and medical technology
program applicants; may be requested of teacher education program
applicants. Other requirements may vary by program.

Alternative Admission Program for conditional admission of nontraditional
applicants not meeting standard requirements.

Upper-division university; no students enter as freshmen. All students
enter as transfers. Graduates of regionally accredited community or
junior colleges with an A.A. or A.S. degree are fully admitted.
Applicants without an associate's degree but who have completed at least
45 semester hours (60 quarter hours) of lower-division credit with a
minimum "C" average may apply for admission. 3 semester hours of
English composition required for admission.
